Hour Detroit‘s Savor Detroit — a five-night dinner series featuring custom menus developed by the city’s most celebrated chefs — took place at the Great Lakes Culinary Center on April 27 – May 1, 2015. Each night, metro Detroit foodies gathered to enjoy signature cocktails, a five-course dinner menu prepared by the evening’s featured chef duo, thoughtfully selected wine pairings, live entertainment, and a silent auction of Iconic Detroit photographer Sooney Kadouh’s work benefiting Gleaners Community Food Bank.
