// MISSION

Hospice of Michigan, a member of NorthStar Care Community, provides compassionate end-of-life care to every person, every time, regardless of age, diagnosis, or financial circumstance.

// KEY SERVICES PROVIDED

Hospice of Michigan delivers hospice, palliative, and pediatric care, plus integrative therapies and round-the-clock caregiver support at home. Donor gifts extend that reach, funding the Jo Elyn Nyman Anchors Program for Children, the Grief Journey Program for grieving families, and clinician training at the NorthStar Institute. Veteran care and Gestures of Grace are fully donor-funded, and gifts to the Open Access Program ensure every patient receives care regardless of age, diagnosis, or ability to pay.
