Detroit Public Safety Foundation Women in Blue

The Detroit Public Safety Foundation’s 10th annual Women in Blue event on May 18, 2023, celebrate the women who work at the Detroit Police Department and the Detroit Fire Department. The event, which was held at the Roostertail, was hosted by Jackie Page of WWJ and featured a keynote address by Michigan Supreme Court Justice Kyra Harris Bolden — the first Black woman to serve as a Justice — along with the announcement of this year’s Women in Blue Office of the Year, Rhonda White, and Detroit Fire Department Woman of the Year, Teresa Singleton.
