How to Make Sakazuki’s Yuzu Colada

Make the sake- and rum-based drink at home with this easy recipe.

  • 1 ounce Joto Yuzu sake
  • 1 ounce Probitas rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 3/4 ounce coconut cream
  • 1/4 ounce lemon juice
  • Maraschino cherry (for garnish)
  • Pineapple wedge (for garnish)


  1. In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients and shake vigorously.
  2. Pour over crushed ice into the most fun glass possible. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, and cocktail umbrella.
