How to Make Vast Kitchen + Bar’s East Side Sour Cocktail
Ingredients
1 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
1 1/2 oz. Disaronno Amaretto
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. egg white
(optional)
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed
lemon juice
1 orange slice
2 dashes black
walnut bitters
(optional)
Luxardo cherry
for garnish
Directions
Muddle orange slice into rocks glass and add ice. Add remaining ingredients into shaker and dry shake for 15 seconds. Add ice to the same shaker and shake again until chilled. Strain into rocks glass. Garnish with Luxardo cherry.
