Birmingham newcomer Pernoi is offering two New Year’s Eve tasting menus. The first seating, starting at 5:30 p.m. for $100 a person, features dishes like Madai Sashimi, Potato Crusted Turbot, and Tortellini. The second seating, starting at 9 p.m. for $175 a person, features the aforementioned menu items along with Seared Maine Scallop, Manchester Farm Quail, and Pernoi Sliders. Situated on the ground floor of the Vinton Building, Besa is ringing in the new year with a special four-course menu.
