The Peterboro’s Welcome to Miyami Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Plantation dark rum
1/2 oz. Cocchi Americano
1/4 oz. Ming River Sichuan Baijiu
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. sweet potato syrup
1/4 oz. coconut cream
Directions
In “dirty dump” fashion, add everything to a shaker with ice; frappe (meaning, shake); and pour into a glass.
