For nearly 70 years, Regina High School has stood as a beacon of Catholic, all-female college preparatory education in metro Detroit, shaping confident, compassionate women ready to lead. Now, in the spirit of its Franciscan Catholic heritage, the school is preparing to celebrate its 70th milestone, while embracing a bold new era under the guidance of a dynamic alumnae leadership team: President (legacy alumna) Anna Michele Bulszewicz ’03, Vice President of Advancement Emily Radatz ’01 and Principal Ann Diamond ‘94.

Together, these three women bring deep expertise, fresh energy, and a united commitment to building Regina’s future—while staying rooted in its proud legacy.

Bulszewicz is at the forefront of Regina’s new chapter. An award-winning broadcast journalist and executive producer turned international university educator and seasoned communication researcher, Bulszewicz has spent her career amplifying stories and building impactful programs. She currently serves as a lecturer and broadcast journalism program director at St. Bonaventure University, where she earned both her bachelor’s in journalism and mass communication and a master’s in integrated marketing communication.

Bulszewicz, who also directs a study abroad program she founded along Italy’s Amalfi Coast, now brings her storytelling savvy, strategic mindset and global perspective to Regina.

“Regina High School has long been a symbol of empowerment and excellence in Detroit, and I am honored to help shape its future,” Bulszewicz says. “Our mission is to ignite a bold new era—one that strengthens our traditions while embracing new opportunities for growth, engagement, and service.”

As president, Bulszewicz will lead Regina’s external engagement, mission alignment, and overall strategic direction, helping to elevate the school’s visibility and deepen its connections across the region and beyond.

Radatz, who also will play a key role in shaping Regina’s future, joins Regina with over a decade of experience in Catholic development and alumni engagement. She brings a strong background in fundraising, donor relations, and strategic outreach. Radatz most recently served at the Archdiocese of Detroit and Sacred Heart Major Seminary.

She holds a bachelor’s in business administration and English from Madonna University and has built her career on cultivating relationships and creating lasting support for Catholic institutions.

“We are preparing Regina for a future that honors our past and embraces new opportunities,” Radatz says. “It’s an exciting time, and I’m proud to help build a sustainable future for this incredible school that gave me so much.”

While Bulszewicz and Radatz bring fresh momentum, Diamond grounds the team in Regina’s enduring spirit. A proud 1994 alumna, Diamond brings deep institutional knowledge and a steadfast commitment to Regina’s values. Her leadership has helped shape the academic and cultural environment of the school over the past 14 years, fostering both rigor and community.

“We are entering a new era at Regina—one that prioritizes excellence, engagement, and preparing our students for leadership in the world,” Diamond says. “This leadership team is committed to ensuring our students are ready for whatever lies ahead.”

United by purpose, the trio is currently deep in the strategic planning phase, laying the groundwork for Regina’s long-term success. Their work centers on expanding educational opportunities, investing in innovation, and strengthening alumnae and community engagement.

This plan is not just about preserving Regina’s legacy—it’s about building on it. With a bold vision and a clear path forward, Regina is preparing to meet the needs of today’s young women and future leaders, while positioning itself as a modern leader in Catholic women’s education.
