Where to Shop to Create a Charcuterie Board with Michigan-made Items

11

Don’t knock our snack scene. Michigan is filled with producers creating world-class bites while thinking locally.

Take Leelanau Cheese in Suttons Bay, which uses local milk and lets its cheeses develop in a naturally cooled aging cave, emulating an ancient process that originated in Europe. Then there’s Great Lakes Tinned Fish in Grand Rapids, which sources exclusively from the Great Lakes and has committed to using 100% of each fish it processes.

For your viewing pleasure, here’s a charcuterie spread composed entirely of Michigan-made products.
